Here’s how it works:

PROJECT KICK OFF
Once the contract is signed, we will have a strategy call. We will discuss your needs and create a individualized plan for your business projects. I will block out my schedule with the appropriate amount of time each month and give you priority of my schedule along with a discount for prepaying upfront.

CREATION PHASE
Next, we conduct research, sketch out ideas, and propose concepts. We create what you request. Once a concept is agreed on, we finalize the designs. We will make what you need depending on your projects each month, which may vary.

DELIVER FINAL DESIGNS
After final approval of the designs, your projects will be delivered in various file formats or according to your preferences. This process will be repeated monthly to consistently address your marketing needs.

Yes! Our retainer packages offer flexibility with a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this initial period, we'll conduct a thorough review to ensure the allotted hours align with your evolving business requirements.
Based on our assessment, we can then explore options for extending your commitment to 6, 9, or 12 months. This ensures our partnership remains perfectly aligned with your long-term goals and objectives.

Each retainer package comes with a predetermined number of monthly hours. Should you exceed this allocation during the month, any additional hours will be invoiced at the standard hourly rate at the start of the following month.

Any unused hours will expire at the end of each month. This policy ensures that I can effectively allocate time for your projects on a monthly basis and manage my workload accordingly.

At the start of each month, you'll receive your invoice, which is due upon receipt and can be paid via ACH or credit card. The invoice will detail your monthly retainer rate, as well as any additional charges incurred from the previous month if you exceeded your allotted hours.

I'll inform you if we're nearing your monthly hour limit. If extra time is required for the month, you'll be notified in advance before any additional charges are incurred.

In order to facilitate scheduling, please submit all design requests by the first day of each month. For example, design requests for the month of June must be submitted by June 1st.
